no one has ever had a ring gear replaced. I chucked a tooth on a nice flywheel and would like to get it repaired, ever heard of any shops doing this?
There has got to be someone who does this. You know MSD, Rad, & Jetinetics is having them made to order from somewhere and surely they could be obtained via a third party. It seems like I read a post somwhere that MSD would not sell just the ring gear alone. Not sure about the other guys.

Seadoo is the only company I know of in the pwc business that offers a replaceable ring gear,I believe the Yamaha ones are swedged on after installation.
