FX-6.9 Boy used to own the Rhino Linnings dealership in town, so we got the bright idea to do that once. BAD IDEA! Man, when that stuff gets wet its like ice! I never got beat up so bad just trying to ride my ski. It took two days with a wire wheel on a grinder to get that stuff off. On the other hand, we did the bottom of the boat also. It has held up like a champ. As many times that I have rode my boat on shore I would have been through the hull by now.

have any pics how it looked? i would consider doing this.

I was thinking hardware cloth, cheap easy to cut and just put it down with some rivets or screws through the deck.

Instead of rhino lining for the tray how about just covering it with cheese graters. Probably be more effective.

I used a rubber horse stall mat on my old X2 :banghead: it was very durable, looked neat, was very cheap and would take the skin off of your knees or the bottom of your feet in about 10 min of riding.

Custom Rhinoliner footwell :crutches:

My feet get a pounding jumping in the surf even with Hydro-Turf and a foam pad. I can't even imagine what this would be like.

Close, I believe I will just go short with some 40 grit glued down and then clear coat sprayed. Sounds good right???

Wake the fock up people, get some DD coffee. The 1st post started this as an overboard, silly thing to do. Now we throw a gallon or 2 on the fire every now and then and some actually consider some of the the ideas??????????
