That doesn't look like the same head gasket to me.

I think the only difference is that one is thinner than the other thus explaining the 10 psi higher compression in the post 08 SJ's

The 62T-11181-00-00 gasket has been updated to this number 62T-11181-01-00.

The thickness of the latest OEM head gasket is .050"

My 2 08's were 155 psi and my 2010 and 2011 were 160 psi.
