Which needle is what (carb question)

Hello, my 2016 superjet is doing its job really well. But after its first start of the day it holds back (my 2004 SJ did this as wel, but this one is doing it very hard). I can only apply throttle very carefully, or else it dies. After carefully applying throttle for around 30 seconds you can rev higher and higher, until its normal and it works like a charm.

In my previous sj the local jet guy turned on some screws on the carbs and the problem went away. Only this guy is no longer among us, so thats why i come here.

My question: which one is pilot jet (and what is a pilot jet? Idle jet?
And which one is the main jet?

The 2 pictures are both sides of the front carb

Low speed (pilot) screw in Red
Idle screw in Blue
High speed (main) screw is on the other side of the carb high up

However, was this ski running good before? And have you done any engine mods since it was last running well? I'm asking because the carb adjustmet screws aren't your problem if the you haven't made any engine changes. Once you have it tuned, it shouldn't need adjusting. More likely you have dirty carbs and they need to be taken apart and cleaned out. Or something else is not allowing fuel to get to the carbs.

Also, your throttle cable looks loose.
