Which footholds?

I put Tom21's in my 750sx.. I haven't ridden with them yet or finished that project yet, but I have read alot of people liked them due to the room and they allow use of thicker padding for more comfort. I wear 13's and so far they are good standing in them with my ski on the garage floor.

I have REV's, and my 11's fit pretty nice, but man, they kill that bone on the top of my foot toward my ankle.

My other FX-1 has XFT, and I feel like I can't get enough of my foot in them to really try any tricks that actually require any leverage.

My next door neighbor is a composits guy who helped me a ton on my FX-1 build, and he said the next time I do foot holds that he'll have me buy the REV's again and he will cut them up and custom make them to fit my foot.

That all being said, I'd make a pair, J.
It's only January. It's not like you don't have the time to do it.
You've got a brand new (to you) awesome hull now....get the footholds the way YOU want them and don't settle.

LoL. I slightly agree... making your own foothold is always the most comfortable. Ive always enjoyed the footholds I've molded myself the most. My problem is i just think I'm taller than i am and I ALWAYS install the damn things to far back.

Tom21's are big enough bare that you can totally custom fit them with the amount of padding you use. Comes to about 1" top AND bottom with size 12s with shoes, a little bit thinner on the bottom worked out good for me.

10.5s but I need a 4E wide, usually New Balance is all I can wear. Love my REVs in my SN and my 750. Not impressed with other holds I have tried, but havent tried some of the newer ones. Do not like toeholds

I wear 14's. So I'm going to give REV's a try. Hopefully they are worth it!
