mine is in the same spot as that too... cept I put my bilge between the tank and motor, and I still use the stock bilge.

the problem with putting the bilge between the tank and motor is that it only works when your flat and moving slow or when there is alot of water. Your better off putting it in the back behind the motor because thats where the water goes when your riding due to you standing on the back and momentum

Useless spot...move it back to rear and scrap the stock....

I have mine on the left side too but would consider putting them in the dash ONLY because it is above the water line .I'm not worried about oil and gas .If you have enough oil and gas to be worried about it coming out your bilges than you have more to worry about than a slippery tray .:headbang: A 45 degree in the dash sends most of it overboard anyway

45 degree outlets in the tray is the cleanest install. if youre eliminating the choke and on/res valve, there are your two holes to mount them as well.

Thats a good idea and you dont have to put any more holes in the hull. My only problem is my primer and tach are in those spots. I can relocate my primer inside the engine compartment but I want to keep my tach where it is for now.

Wow you have a tach ,I've never seen anyone with a tach on their boat.

unless you have the crappy stock plastic on your dash, you should have enough room for all of the above

On the opposite side of the exhaust. I have the switch on the on/off switch. Bilge is also automatic, it checks for H2O every 20-30 sec.

Those handlebar mounted switches are junk and expensive (I've paid for 3 of em and everyone failed me )and the automatic bilges suck too .one tiny gulp of air and they shut off for 30 seconds and what if you need it to pump in that 30 seconds .:headbang:

Manual attwoods are the best and rotary switches are the best .
I have rules but peeps say the attwooods don't get airbound like the rules do and the rotary switches are the shiznit man :arms:
