All the bolts on my super jet are rusted so I want to get some stainless steel ones. What is the best way to buy all of these bolts. Do they sell kits or do I have to go to the hardware store and measure all the bolts and threads?

Jetmaniac has s/s kits for most of it. But If it's a stock ski then Ace hardware Or McMaster online, just know your sizes before hand

Be careful using that chart. All of the M10 x 1.25 bolts spec'd with McMaster part numbers are 1.5 pitch. McMaster doesn't carry M10 x 1.25 in stainless. Whoever is in charge of that spreadsheet needs to pull all of the MCM #s for the M10 fasteners so people don't go trying to shove 1.5 pitch bolts into 1.25 pitch holes.
I nominate you.

good catch. The chart shows 1.25 pitch but the p/n's listed are 1.5 pitch.

ARP will definitely work. You just have to make 100% sure the threads and holes are clean and that you use a good thread sealant, otherwise they can gall. This is a lot of why Yamaha uses nickel-plated steel. Steel in aluminum typically won't gall.

This is true of any stainless fastener going into aluminum but I've seen ARP bolts lock up more than anything else. They work awesome as long as you're meticulous with installation.

Here's an ARP M10x1.25 12-point that got stuck in a Factory Pipe manifold. What looks like anti-seize is actually aluminum from the manifold.

Thanks everyone, this is my first build (rebuild) so don't be surprised if I have more questions ;). Going to order new crank, seals, pistons, gaskets, and new hardware this week. Ill try to not screw this up :D

Whatever you end up with make sure it's 316 grade stainless. And as per previous post, be meticulous with your reassembly.

Ensure all bolts and the threaded areas they are going into are clear of existing corrosion and contaminants (I run a tap & die through threads and blast with brake cleaner).

Run Loctite or anti-seize on everything (refer to Yamaha factory manual for advice to run what on where - manuals can be downloaded from the 'net).

I may be lucky but my local fastener supplier has always been happy to fix me up bolt-by-bolt in the past when I've wandered in with a bag of bolts or a small list. I always try to go when I know they are quiet and I am not holding up 10 other customers.
