not really gonna happen for full neoprene unless you go used.

edit: just noticed the sale items at overtons are less than 50 for neoprene

A word of caution on neoprene vests in the surf. It is possible for them to turn inside out like you see hockey players lift there oppossing teams jersey and start giving them a beating unable to see or fight back.In small surf 2' or flat water fine.In larger surf 3-5' and up this can become exciting for the wearer take my word for it.
