where do you get top decks?

ive got an old SN and im wondering where you can get top decks from. i see them all the time on the X, but i never see where you can get them.

If you ride alot of surf, you can get Pancaker version.
LIttle heavier, but worth the extra !

I beat the living snot out of mine, and still actually trying to crack !
Mine is a full hull though ! :bananalama:
