Just me being a smarta$$.

I run the Rogues by the way. I've noticed a little bit of wear after a year. Only from wearing gloves though. When it warms up I take the gloves off.

I just took the grips off my UMI bars and put them on new X-Metal bars. That was a pain. The knurled surface on the X-Metal bars is a lot rougher. I don't think those grips are coming off any time soon.

been running UMI Glue On grips for 3 seasons, just replaced them in November with Renthals.

you forgo these.... the ODI X-Grips

I just got a set of these last week, I haven't tried them yet, but I like the looks of them. They are only slightly larger than Ruffians if at all, and they are slightly softer as well. The new style end caps they come with look promising too, the lock ring hold them in place as opposed the the spreading insert on the normal end plugs.

Couch Rider posted a link from Legdrag for the X-tremes. I did a google search and found them in several bike sites. I couldn't find them on the ODI site though. I think I might like them too.

As for the colors availablity I pulled that from ODI's site. I have never seen them offered anywhere. I would love a pair of Red.

I recently found a source for the gummy OURY grips that fit the "lock-on" design. Best setup imo.

I prefer the ruffians over the Rouges because of the smaller diameter. The only thing I don't like about the Ruffians is they wear quicker than the Yeti and the Rouges.
