Freestyle whats the deal with wamiltons?

I don't know what the issue is that you cant get in touch with them but I guessing the holidays have something to do with it. I'm not saying that this is a good customer service practice though. Everytime I have dealt with Wammer I have never had a problem and he has alway been very helpful to me. Hope you get things straightened out.

ive always had great service from them to, thats why i started this thread cuz it was wierd ..

You think they would have something on their voice recorder or something letting customers know of their absence or that they are taking the holidays off. That would insure customers that they are not being ignored and at the same time wouldn't make you wonder.

Though I have not dealt with them directly, 2 weeks is quite some time. With that being said, I wouldn't mind taking my business elsewhere because there are plenty of other vendors that are open. I don't know about you, but I hate waiting for parts, HATE IT. Thats why I love JetManiac 2 day's sh!ts at my door, no matter where I am in the U.S.
