Surfriding Whats everyone running for front foot holds?

I tried a front strap and due to my front foot always being in different positions Im thinking of trying a front foothold. Whats everyone running for front footholds? I liked the Tomski but dont think they make them any more?

Tom21 makes a standard front hold and a fire extinguisher front hold. Both are designed to use 25mm underpad.
