What tool do you use to make a D-cut?

hass cnc mill with a standard garr 3/8" 3flute carbide end mill in an extended lyndex solid endmill toolholder.
3"rad r.2 on the corners.
the d cut on my jet dynamics ride plate.

i used a grinder wheel with a fairly blunt end from start to finish, then put it on the wire wheel...took bout 45 min.

I finally finished. Glad my first time doing this was on a stocker plate! Thanks for the help everyone.
