I never carried that particular style but it it's a CPI Mil Spec toggle. Jetmaniac, Thrust, Hot Products, Blowsion, etc

I think OCD Solutions or Jetmaniac may sell these. I would check with them first.

Walmiltons site shows the mil spec switch. These hold up forever- I'm still using some that are 25 years old. The cable is vulcanized to the main body. Regrettably, most everybody else sells a similar looking version, also made by CPI, - see the op's post #1- and then fraudulently claims it to be "mil-spec". That is simply a cheaper switch which has the cable glued at the body joint. It usually fails at that joint permitting water entry. It was never intended for submersion. Until about the turn of the century, Riva, Hot products and others were selling the mil spec (the genuine) version, then I suppose to be competitive, they started peddling the other version- it is much cheaper.

Holy poop that's some coin for a switch! I was thinking the 70 from blowsion was expensive haha, will the walmiltons one fit in my bracket?

CPI makes this switch in 4 different versions, (2 are Mil Spec, 2 are Commercial Grade), but luckily they all share the same footprint so they all fit in the same housing. The only dimensional difference is height and there's only one that is lower than the rest and it's the one I was selling for the past couple years, (K1005)

As for the cost, I used to get the raw switches for $68 but that cost is now over $84. A few years back I made a deal on 100 switches but there's no way I can invest that kind of capital now.

Does the mil spec switch have an NSN?
It's been around for awhile- probably does. Took some pics of "water tight" switches. 1st pic: this switch readily available from mcmaster.com. 2nd pic: installation of " you gotta order 100 from CPI"- formerly available from Riva or Hot Products. 3rd pic: installation in kick panel (this switch has been recycled through 3 or 4 skis!). 4th pic: h/b switch mount bracket.P1020825.JPG P1020824.JPG P1020822.JPG P1020821.JPG

If you had the bottom one, it might not have failed. Your pic clearly (on a screen larger than a Pokemon go screen) shows the "commercial grade" switch, touted by Blowsion to be waterproof- that means you can take it out on a rainy day. The ones shown by Wamiltons seem to be "watertight"- picture and part number agree: it's the mil spec version. Hope he has it available.
