What should I do!

totally unrelated to the what am I supposed to do thread...

I few years ago I picked up a mostly complete X2 that is in pieces. its pretty rusty though. its gotten rained on and that sort of thing. the crank is done for sure. something happened in one of the cylinders so the head (westcoast I think) looks like it got stabbed with a screw driver or something, so that will probably need to be replaced.I think I have a machine shop that can hone the cylinders for me and stuff.

I have a 550sx I was thinking about swapping in the 650 and selling the 550. the 550 is in pretty good shape I just need to get it tuned up a little better.

It pretty much comes down to me not having any cash to spend and 2 skis that don't run(or run good).

X2's are a lot of fun. I would get rid of the 550 and use the cash for the X2. You could probably pick up a 750 motor for the money you get for the 550.

i dont think you coulb buy a yamaha with a 550 and an x2 but maybe a kawi 650 or 750

I think I could get 500 for the 550. its in pretty good shape. I spent almost 200 on the carb alone.

Toss the 550 and stick with the X-2 they are a blast.

Probably not much. You could use the $500 to put a running x2 together though. Assuming it's a complete ski that just needs a motor.
