What ride plate\intake grate?

What ride plate and intake grate should I buy? I am a total newbie to the jet ski world.. My ski is stock. We ride in the rapids most of the time, so rough water conditions.. Any help is appreciated...

I was also looking at getting some new bars but don't know if I should buy 0 or 4 degree bars..

I use the TBM grate and plate and 0 degree bars and love this set up in rough water or any condition over any other set-up i have tried.

all i can say is dont get the R&D, it slides too much for me, its either your laying it over or your straight, theres no in between.

What about a Macc riding plate "the hooker"

I just removed the Macc plate from my SXR. The thing is HUGE and LONG. I am a small rider and this plate was pushing my nose way to far down causing the back to unhook when turning hard. My personal preference for rough water conditions in the TBM intake and TBM or Stock rideplate. For bars I would start with 4 degree which will be a big improvement over stock. The 0 degree bars will wear on your wrists until you get used to them.
