What porting is this? What should I do?

Ok I measured as well as I could without a bore gauge or something. I used a piece of paper and rubbed the outline. The black spots in the transfers are where the transfers are not ground out the black is the stock aluminum.
37.5mm from the top of the exhaust to the top of the sleeve. The general width is about 50mm and the arches that are cut in to the side makes it about 59mm through the middle of that.
The exhaust port has a good degree of bevel so that the ring won't snag. The corner that was in question is not nearly as sharp as you would think.
How can I tell if this is ported for low end or top end.
