What parts can I use from this donor

I have just purchased a xl700 yamaha and was wondering what parts can I use for a round nose super jet build up.

im not sure if the pump is 144 or 155.

xl700 is 155mm....can use some of the stainless nuts and bolts like pump and intermediate bolts.....throttle lever....

Those are 62Tcylinders on 62T cases.. dual 38's

take every single little bolt and washer and nut, i cant tell yo uhaw many times i have used the bolts i took off of the wetjet i bought for my SJ engine when building my SJ.....and engine shims and pump shims, all the little things help out bigtime!!

I bought 2 96 WaveVenture 700's awhile back for 1k. they are the same thing as a xl700 except for the pump size and they even have the same hull as the new xl700's with different steering pods. Anyways I sold one for 1900 and stripped the other and saved all the nuts, bolts and washers, pump shims, engine shims, etc.. and parted the stuff i dont want out... wut a deal that was!

does the xl have the bigger exhaust??? Also the electronics require some cutting to eliminate the wires that go to the gauge pod unless you want to hook up that up too.

No, same exhaust as the old 95,96,97 62T cyl /62T cased WaveVentures..

Yup its just a 4 wire plug.. wrap electrical tape around the end and hang it somehwere.. done..
I already did that, so I know! lol
