Super Jet What motor for my freestyle sn?

I'm looking at putting a new motor in one of my squares, so what motor should i build for freestyle? 701 or 760? or even bigger if it'll fit.

um not really sure, just depends on how bad i actually want it. I have a coffman sizzler pipe and an o-ring head for a 701, so thats kind of why i was looking more towards that. save like 500-600. but i want a bigger motor. It'll mainly be a ski for lake wakes and flatwater. Do you think a built 701 is pretty flip/roll-able?

If you want to flip get a limited 701 set-up in a BOB Hull
The 701 has more bottom snap then the 760 due to port timing

you are not flipping a stock hull with a 760 either. I have yet to see someone flip a BOB with a limited 701 on flat.

With the right v-wake and the right technique, yes.
See my avatar. Heavy shortened SJ with a pretty stout 61X bigbore, total loss, and mag pump

For the record I'm not trying to push the BOB, but it's the cheapest way to backflip... I'm guessing that's why it's called Backflip On Budget... Stock 701 in a light AM hull, quickest way to aerial tricks IMO

I can't wait to see XS1200 in a BOB
