what kind of shapping foam to use?

I am about to put some swoops on my 550 foot hold walls and i am wondering if there is a good foam out there that can be shapped easy and is sandable so i can fiber glass over it.

Any two part foam can be shaped and sanded easily I get it from US composites.

that green stuff that florists use is good for that too, cant think of the name of it though.

its the stuff they stick all the flowers in.

Internet for 2 part but that stuff mouth is talking about would work well and you can get that at Wal-Mart I think.

Use 4lb or heavier foam, makes it much easier to work with.

thats right i never thought of the foam for flower's that would work really well......i will give that a try.......thanks
