Center two bolts, left inner, right inner, left outer, right outer... Doesn't matter too much what ski it is or what side you're standing as long as you slowly work your way to the outsides. I always just hand tighten them all and then do around 5-10 under standard torque first and then do the final torque. A two step sequence isn't really necessary as long as you double check them all at the end but certainly a good practice and recommended.
