What intake manifold for A/M carbs

So I got the hookup on some fancy aftermarket carbs, but I don't know what manifold to put them on. The builder of the carbs said he can set them up for whatever I want. So the big question is what manifolds are good? I'd prefer something with a speed plate so the carbs are easy to remove. What are you guys running? Riva, Boyesen, Dasa, R&D, Pro tec? I know I'm missing some other brands. I just want to know the good and the bad about each one if you have had any experience with them. I know cost is a big factor when it comes to these things, if I have to I'll save up for a nicer one. Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

gp760 manifold good cheap and better than a lot of the other ones, as good as the rest.
tell him you want 118 centres and that will fit all the good manifolds
