what footstraps?

looking at getting a set for my 650sx..would do footholds but i aint got the $$$ so i am going with straps..plus i dont really wanna put the money into footholds when i am prolly just gonna get an sj in the future. is there any good free alternatives to make some good footstraps?

I would do the same with a 650SX but you need to BUY footstraps.... they are only $20-ish

You could make/buy some "lifters".

I have a set of used Dakines I will part with,when I returfed my ski I failed to take into account the massive thickness of the underpadding,so they are no longer usable on my ski, I would let them go for $20.00 shipped,they are not perfect but they are cheap and perfectly usable.

Would be a lot cheaper for me to just ship it,halfway is Heflin ,Al. about 75 miles,if I ship it you would have it in about two days.

hmm, thatd work then. i was just thinking about that since i work 11mi from the al/ga line. shippin will work as well tho!

I used a 550/440 hood strap. it worked pretty good! you could probably get used ones for free the ones with out any pull left in them. i think i paid 5-6 dollars for SS screws and sinks. i epoxied them in to keep my foam from getting wet. i never went up side down in them but i did do a lot of subs and huge jumps...i slid a piece of 1 and a half inch rubber tubing over it to protect the tops of my feet befor i screwed them in. I was even able to do it at the lake and drill straight through the hydro turf. works great! sure they aren't DAKINES but they got the job done...

I had to cut the tubing off because i didn't leave enough room..
