Super Jet What do I use to seal up pump area

I have a pump that seems to be cavitating very badly. I can see where there was some type of silicone sealing up the gaps but it has peeled away in some spots and I think that is causing me problems. What do you guys recommend I use to seal it back up?

With the 5200 is there any reason not to use the fast cure vs the regular? Also where is my best bet for finding it locally? Or should I just order it online? Also is a 10oz tube typically enough to get the job done? I don't want to order some then find out I need to order more to finish.

Super easy to change. Unless previous owner used an adhesive to keep it, on. But for the most part all you do is remove your pump, slip the old ring off, slip on the new one and re install. It takes longer to type this than it does to change the seal itself. Pump removal and install takes a few minutes, but the seal is as easy as taking off a hat and putting it back on.

X2 on the RTV

And if HD or Lowes doesn't have 5200, west marine carries it but they are overpriced. I couldn't find it at my local HD or Lowes so I got it there
