Freestyle what do i need for barrel rolls?

What size engine and other mods do I need to do rolls off of a boat wake? Also to do flips off boat wakes? I've got a 91 sj, modded 650 with a stock hull.
thanks

My wife (Katie on the X) does them with a stock 62T 61X cylinder a pipe with 38's and Concord13/16.
Its more technique than power.

You have plenty power to barrel roll.

Yes I am bragging...........

I'm moved by DASA power!
The most important thing you need is balls, then lack of self preservation instinct. YOU NEED A HELMET AT ALL TIMES! I have everything on my ski except a huge motor and still cant land one, but I keep trying, and trying, and trying. Good thing Tem builds really good, strong skis. In my opinion a barrel roll is cooler than a backflip, but I cant really land either, yet.

i've probably tried 20+ times and still cant land a barrel roll, maybe i will try it off a v-wake. I have done 5 in a row back flips, they are easier its just getting over the fear and doing it. Helmet helps, but i still try without it. My poor SN will fall apart by the end of the year..

Barrel Rolls take more skill than anything. Don't need much power, although more is better.

I'm not saying its true or anything, but a while back, Lee Stone Facebook'd saying that he rolled a stock 550.

Where can I find a woman like that?!!! Hahaha yeah footholds and helmet I need badly, balls and lack of self preservation, jumping 100' on my dirt bike covers that!! Since you're bragging I'll brag too!!! Hahah So looks like its time to make an order!! Yeee haawww!!!!

Oh yeah I know I need more than a 650, well unless I just hit a yacht wake full speed!! Hahah but a modded 701 off a wakeboard boat wake maybe?

I think if you had a shortened ride plate, pipe, head and practice you could get one off a v wake. But not so sure on the boat wake. Unless the boat wake is 5' + tall from the trough to lip.
v-wake with practice took me like 8 trys to finally land the backys... I've been trying on a single boat wake not the best wake either and friends are telling me its 3/4 there. My SN hull is -3, d-cut plate, 61x 701 head, pipe..

I totally got off track there. Sorry. I for some reason was thinking flips. But still. My video was messed up (so his good attempts were not seen) but he got a few 3/4 around off a boat wake. But after we talked later that day, we talked about him getting a better angle at the wake and on the other wake too (he's a lefty). It should come around for him and his ski is a stock 650 sn with footholds and bars. 125 psi compression at that elevation. This was also his first attempts at rolling anything. He's watched and read a crapload of vids here that helped though.

Here's a link to the vid. Also this was at 4,100' elevation, so a bit down on power. Skip the first couple minutes to get to the attempts. So with a descent wake and practice, it should come around for you.

V wake as in two boats running side by side and having their wakes hit together in the middle?
Yes that's it. Jetmaniac has a sweet vid on here done by budproductions showing some great v-wake airs. So does 02vw1.8t

I was mainly asking about rolls but also flips.

How hard is it on your ski doing rolls and flips?
From what I have heard, rolls are much harder on the hull than flips. Slapping the sides takes its toll after a while I guess. Mine's already stressed from the previous owner rolling... Ride it like you stole it! Repair in the winter.
