Super Jet What direction does small crank seal face on 08 superjet ?

Just needing to know which direction the small crank seal (on flywheel end) faces ? It has open face with the spring on both sides with only difference being small offset. Thanks for any help.

Dont remember if that one has them, but the lil tabs that stick out on the edge of the seal should face outwards.
