What can I use off of a ww3 and a ww2?

I have an empty superjet hull with a pole,61x out of ski(being built) w/ ebox, steering, midshaft, bildge, I have access to a stock reduction nozzle, but I am probably going to go with the thrust trim system from jet maniac. Thats all thats on this hull.

I bought 2 old yamaha sitdowns from a guy in alabama. One had a 61x(ww3) the other has a 6m6(ww2). The 61x runs good and I havent messed with the 6m6 yet; however, it turns over fine has good comp so i assume it does. Slow jet saw that one of them has a Stainless prop so maybe I can use that I am going to check it out next weekend.

I had a complete 650 sn superjet that I took the 650 out and put this 61x and ebox in. So I have a 2 complete sit downs, one missing a motor and ebox.

I realize I cannot use the tank, bars, and parts like that. I need advice on bolts? shafts? and the list below and any other informative information would be appreciated. Im sure there are tons of you on here that have done this more than once. This is my first time with the sit downs. HIT ME

I have heard jet maniac can help with some of the parts like shortening the drive shaft?

I need a scoop grate, ride plate, drive shaft, steering cable, throttle cable, prop, pump, bolts

kawasakis suck
straps
bolts
motor mounts
fuel pickup
start stop switch (will need to be extended as couches wiring is shorter)
engine couplers
pump housing depending on the ski (driveshaft will not work)
if it has trim, you can start piecing together a CATS trim system (youll need the cable holder, trim cable, lever, and spring.)
electronics for the 6m6 can be sold (jetmaniac bought some of mine from a part out last year)
possibly the throttle cable, some couches will work
doubt the intake grate will work, nor the ride plates.
thats really all that comes to mind right now.

bolts you can salvage from a sitdown hull, but dont use the pump bolts, they are too long. the 61x motor ski will have a 144 pump you can pull parts from.

Hold on to the oem fuel lines if they are still good. I just switched back to OEM for reliability reasons.
Save any rubber hoses. I've cut an elbow out of a couple before to use for b-pipe to waterbox instead of buying one.
Save the hose clamps and other small weird hardware that's like the little brackets that hold straps to hull, washer things for coupler cover
I think I gave my driveshaft to jetmaniac last year as a core (he gets them cut down)
The midshaft housing on the 61x may be salvagable but the shaft will be to long, buy a new shaft and press in possibly

so the 6m6 wont have a 144 pump? because I think that is the one with the good prop. (CRJ)

I will have to see if the fuel lines are salvagable. I think some of the rubber hoses are good so il save them too! thanks (imabadfish)

I think they both are 144 pumps if I remember correctly. I parted out a couple of those myself in the past, its been a while though. You'll have to to figure out what brand prop is in there though to get the right right prop removal tool and make sure to get a spline tool as well

WR2 is a wr500 with a 650 engine and 500 pump, unless you have a 650 wr3 which has a 144mm pump, if both ski hulls look the same then they are both wr3, if one is smaller then it has the crappy 500 pump
