idok, i found something even better than 7's for water-ingestion restarting.

it's a technique i used to use at the mx track for my old, slow 2stroke mx bike...

instead of just the regular "pull out old plug, blow off, spray with ether, try again" method, it's now "pull out old plug, blow off, spray with ether, put a lighter to it for 5-10 seconds, try again"

and i'm serious too! hahaha

I used to use the lighter trick with the plugs on my snowmobile. Works pretty good.

Don't forget to give the tip some dielectric grease.

BTW: Even with the locks I needed to use those quick-release Yamaha zip ties to hold it on the boot. My chit shakes like a Top-Fuel Altered.

I run the msd without the locks for over 2 months and have been fine!!!!!
