not a complete waste, can always sell the handlepole in 5 years after the movie. Besides it being in the movie there is the soaring prices of these poles so by then that pole is easily 600 bucks lol

Our group rides out of Tybee Island where they are doing some of the filming. I was wondering who to approach to see if they could use us or our gear in any scenes.

The Rock is so big it takes a stand up the size of a zodiac to keep him afloat.
But just wait, it doesn't stop with this one pole. Think of all the people who'll watch the show and see this new fangled contraption.. [a jet ski you stand up on! I thought a real jet ski you sat down on! This must be some new version!] Before you know it, people will be asking me if I got into it because I saw the show. More awareness might drive up interest. Good for investment if you own, bad for purchasing. We'll see, the general public is pretty dumb and clueless.
