Doubt that it's needed. I have single cooling (1/2") and have run in 90 degree water without issue. Now running in 50 degree water and had to close 2 baypasses on the head because the engine wouldnt warm up.

how do you do to run 1/2 coolig line?can you explain me how to do it. tanks!
it's 1/2" from the pump then back to 3/8" at the manifold. Stock bore and stroke limited you should not be having a cooling issue in 70 degree water with a single 3/8" cooling line. I would'nt worry about it.

I just have a 1/2' line running from pump to exhaust manifold, front water bypass overboared,Rear bypass to rear of "A" pipe head pipe, front of head pipe to stinger with inline tee overboard. Pretty standard stuff.

I"ve always run 1/2 single cooling on my limiteds. I have single 1/4"x1/2 hose barb on exhaust manifoldwith 1/2 id hose going to bulkhead line. I've drilled out the boss on the incoming line. I also drilled out pump side tubing and use 1/2 ih hose at pump and have hose straight from pump to tubing.
I use 2 3/8 lines dumping overboard, ometimes use restrictors depending on conditions. I also like running water from top on head to bottom of head pipe
