Westcoast Head

I recently got an old westcoast head as a hand me down for the SJ. Same torque specs as the stock head, 11 and 26 ft lbs(its a 701)? Or does anyone know or reccomend something differnet seeing as its aftermarket?.
Also I'm running stock cooling w/ b pipe. Should I plug the rear hole in the head, or run a 2nd pisser from it? I didn't know if plugging it will not let the pipe get hot enough...

Install it just like a stock head. Make sure to use a 61X gasket or drill holes in a 62T to match the head. I use one of the large inner fittings on top of the head. Run one line from head to pipe then splice a large pisser in the headpipe to stinger line with a .100" restrictor at the stinger.
