Another douche who spends 30k on a ski

Disclaimer: Scorn doesn't spend that kind of money on a ski, but he is a douche.
Spending $30k makes someone a douche? What about $25k? $20k? $15k? $10k? $5k?
See what I'm getting at? Is there a certain dollar amount that automatically makes someone a douche in your mind?
Money doesn't make someone a douche. I know some guys that have multiple high dollar skis that are the nicest guys in the world and will help anyone out in any way they can and I know some guys with the cheapest skis in the world that have a chip on their shoulder for everyone that has more money invested in skis than they do or that buy their skis built instead of building them up from pieces.
Lighten up, ignore the people that are rude, enjoy your life and your stuff.
BTW, I bought my first ski built up, a 440 with Kerker pipe, milled head, stainless impeller, custom paint, all kinds of stuff and it blew away my buddies' skis. I learned a ton working on that ski.
