Weird Ada Dome Issue Help ???

Pulled the Head today and noticed that one of the domes is not sealing properly, inspected the O ring ( new ) not squished all good, all the same like other size...Cylinder straight..

So I look close into the O ring sitting in the Groove of the dome and notice that it is fairly loose, after swaping O ring with another new one same same...so after inspecting more looks like the groove is wider than on any of my other domes..which means the O ring is fairly loose and once compressed it seems because the groove is bigger the O ring expands but does not seal anymore ???

Did anyone have a previosu experience like this ? Is the Dome machined wrong ? Help ?

you could get a slightly larger cross section O ring for that dome I guess as a solution.

although, it sure sounds as if it was machined wrong.
if you bought it from them, Id call and see what they say, I cant imagine ONE bad one, might be a whole batch of them that were cut wrong, and they might replace them.

Post a pic, then I might be able to help....Newer ADA domes have a wider grooves than the earlier domes they had made.
