Wayward handpole.

There is a lot of play at the base of the handpole of my old 93 sj 650. Stripped it down and seems to be no wear at the base of the pole or at the aluminium mount. There are also 2 plastic spacers/washers , but they don`t look worn either . That looks like where the play is. Could they be the wrong size (should they even be there..?) & if so where do i buy replacements , if not what should be in their place.? Thanks again.

Does it have the spring? @Scraggly makes the bushings you are talking about.

Probably worn out bushings. With a couple measurement I can make you a pair of custom replacements out of delrin not nylon like the stock ones.
