Other Waveraider vs Superjet?

I have a line on a super cheap 96 waveraider, and I've done a search but can't find the info I'm after. I'm just wondering if many of the parts from the raider are transferable over to an SJ?

Thanks

Basically if you take the Waveraider engine , take the cylinder off and put a 61X cylinder and head on it , you have a Superjet engine, most of the pump parts will interchange as well

Or run the motor as is, port timing will be a bit softer off the bottom but with good mid to top..

Yep more of a midrange , top end motor, I probably wouldn't pull it apart till it needed to come apart, but you would have to put timeserts in the exhaust bolt holes to hook up a B pipe or stock exhaust to it. 62T has 10mm exhaust bolts 61x has 8mm .

I too just picked one up for the drivetrain, might make a 650 raider for my girls next summer...

Take a 61x/61x motor and swap the top ends. The frankenstein 61x bottom and 62t raider top makes a great low dough couch. That way you can use the oem raider exhaust.
