Waveraider 2nd hin location?

I just got a 95 Waveraider 700 deluxe from my neighbor, but the hin tag is broken off of the rear. Does anyone know where the 2nd one is located on the ski (I do have the title from him, so I’m 99% sure it’s not stolen)?

On the bulkhead to the upper left of the midshaft

I can't remember which skis but some have them on the lip where the hood seal is but on the under side. There is usually a rectangular shaped area on the top where you'll know to look under. Not sure if raiders are that way. Often those fall down over time.

We have a winner! It was next to the carbs in the area that surfjunkie described.
