Blaster Waveblaster steering maintenance/mods?

Steering is getting looser and looser as I ride her harder and harder.. Is there any kind of maintenance or anything I can do to keep the stock steering from breaking or wearing out, or any decent alternatives that wont break the bank?

There are bushings you can replace in the stem.

B2 cable. Needs custom underhood bracket. Real easy though.

Wow my roommate now owns that ski, just went out and compared to your photo..didn't realize it was a b2 cable..small world!!

Not so much worried about the cable as the assembly that holds the bars. Deff going to change to a b2 cable one of these days though.

the bushings wear out over time and create slop in the steering....replace them and all is good. If you're in the surf you might want to upgrade to an aftermarket stem. I've seen quite a few of the OEM stems snap.
