waveblaster spark haalp

Bought a 94 waveblaster took it ran fine for 5 mins and lost spark. Brought it home replaced plugs still no spark. Let it sit for a week had spark in one hole but not the other. Let it sit for another week checked it today with the ebox apart and spark seems to be coming and going from one hole to the other then both and of course then none at all. I replaced the ignition coil and the problems are the same with either coil hooked up. I've unhooked the start stop button and its like brand new. At this point I'm lost when it does have spark its good and blue but then all of a sudden its gone. Could it be the cdi?
Thanks in advance

CDI would be my suggestion, however you could possibly have a stator going bad as well. I would pull up the manual and go over the CDI and stator unit with a tester. Should be page 7-6 for CDI test procedure and 7-7 for Stator Unit testing.

Those numbers look good. The Pulse and the lighting are on the higher side of the range, but should be good.

Charge range: 328.5 - 401.5
Pulse range: 12.6 - 15.4
Lighting range: 0.81 - 0.99

There's a little corrosion in the box and I found a little corrosion under the ground screw for the cdi, would that explain the odd spark? I'm about ready just to throw a new cdi in it
