waterproofing under tray

I've got my whole tray area removed for some reinforcing, refoaming, removing footholds. While I'm in there I'd like to seal any possible leaks and I'm curious what I should use in these areas:

driveshaft is leaking/ Use 5200, epoxy or something else?

cooling, steering, trim lines/ 5200?

Should I do anything with the green stuff the factory uses on the hardware from the rideplate & intake?

Thanks

Seal the bondline with epoxy and glass mat....in other words, reinforce,

For everything else, use liberal amounts of 5200.

I just removed the top off an old square, and the water wwas getting in from everywhere the factory sealed including all around the firewall (bulkhead).

Take your time in de-foaming, and seal everything up real good, or it was all in vain.

Do you guys dig out the green goo that's sealing the hardware or 5200 over and around it.

The riviets holding the id #'s also leak
