having trouble fitting a waterbox in my cutup SN. I have tried a few so far with no success. So i think my only option is to mod one to fit. My question is how important is volume, size, baffling to a waterbox and what are some aspects that SHOULD NOT be changed no matter what?
I have a 1st gen xmetal WB and I am going to narrow it by probably an 1" or 1.5" and lower exhaust exit by 2 ". anyone object or should be just fine?

D. Hill from Big Lake had few home made WB when he put my ski together last Summer. You might want to check with him, he had different sizes. I am positive that he would trade with you or sell you one.

lol, sorry yea wb=waterbox but thats just me being lazy, i corrected my laziness.
don't lose hope, gotta remember wifey popped out a kid last April so yes riding/wrenching time last spring/summer was cut a little short.
I have all the supplies to fix the ski just waitin on some nice weather, just need to order a few small odds n ins to complete it.

If cutting the waterbox wont affect it then i gonna hack away!!!
