Ah i thought you were talking about that it was realy stupit exhaust gasket....the alu ones on the manifold wond close it only the thick paper ones so i mounted them end damnn my ski runs sooo great

Should you bore more holes in the waterbox of an 750 sx with factory wetpipe ?

How many holes and of what size should I drill in my sxr waterbox?
Stock carbs, wet pipe, 83mm pistons, ada head with 30cc domes.

Would just like a bit more sound and no loss of bottom end power, don't want to have to re'jet.

IMO you don't need to add any holes on a stock or mild built 800 motor, it makes people at the lake hate you more. ..it IS pretty necessary for 1100 swaps

No there is no need...but sounds much greater! And had the feeling it gained some power...but i won't discuss that because i never testet it on a bench...

The out of the hole hit is better even on a 800 with head pipe and carbs. You are getting air out faster
