Custom/Hybrid Waterbox for 791 61x

Working on a somewhat custom build with mostly sj parts and using a 61x/61x with probably a factory exhaust manifold and a Ported Kawi 650sx exhaust header and chamber for the moment. My question about the waterbox is do you think there would be any problem running the yam engine with a Kawi 650 style box. I was going to do rear exhaust but there isn't much room and it saves money to just do a front exhaust. And then I have room for a battery up front. The Kawi style is nice because the exhaust comes out the same side of the box as it goes in. So on the other side of the box you can put something.
 
You will probably be fine,I assume your ? is performance related. The 650 box might choke it a little, 791 with porting is probably pretty healthy. I'm sure the Rad Dudes could help the box flow a little better for a small fee. You would really like the rear exhaust though,just my opinion.
 
Sorry, typo it is a 701 not 791. I would like the rear exhaust as well I think but I don't know if I can fit a battery anywhere else. And I'm assuming the rad dudes thing is just drill it out? I did that on my actual 650's box.

I have used stock 650 waterboxes with 750s. If you are worried then use an A/M 650 box. The popular method of drilling stock boxes wont do much to relieve pressure since the standoff tube almost touches the end cap.
