Start with 1/2 turn out on top screw and 1/4 turn out on middle screw. Add more water on top screw for more bottom end response. I'm running almost identical setup as yours other than 46 and a 9/15 and I'm at 1 1/4 turn on top screw and 1/4 turn on middle screw. I'm running a dedicated line to the bottom of the headpipe instead of through the engine first so I can better control headpipe temps. I'm running a fully ported #20 sp cylinder as well.

I wish I had known these settings when I was trying to tune my 750BP, dual SXR carb and 650FP. Starting from FP's recommended settings, working my way to what you have said here took forever. This is good info for anyone building a 750x2 with a FP.
