water routing

Sorry another water routing question! I've searched and searched and can't get my head around how the water gets routed in my (new to me) 95 SN. I bought a completely stripped hull and seperately bought a stock 61x 701 and factory pipe (he said its a dry pipe). this is the exact pipe I have

The head has an inlet that feeds through the exhaust manifold (red riva manifold). The riva manifold has an inlet (or outlet?). There is another on the pipe where it couples with the riva manifold. Two more inlets/outlets down on the pipe that are connected together with a piece of hose. And still another right by where the pipe meets the waterbox.

How does the routing go? I know it comes from the pump thru the hull but then im clueless as to if it needs to be split? I also see people talking about restrictors? I have two small pisser outlets available to use on the side of the boat.
