Water lines

So I have a dasa 1000 I bought from a member. It has 4 outlets on the head and also two more on the sides.
I have been searching pictures of others and I see some with just two on the head, others with 4 but none with the two on the side. What is recommended? I understand that the top ones go overboard and I’m guessing the side ones are for more cooling.

The side holes are extra water inlets, to run them you need a water manifold to make it clean.... you can run all 4 outlets off the head in conjunction to above....

Gonna post a pic in a bit...

Anyways I’ve run anywhere from 2 inlets in manifold and 2 out the head to 6 inlets as above and 4 out the head....

Water around here is not warm so 2 in and 2 out was more than enough...

6 in and 4 out is more a Comp set up

Well I wouldn’t mind blocking a few off if I don’t need them. I’m definitely not needing it for comp and water temp where I ride is between 65-70

Same temp as here... 2 in the manifold if running RRP or pf pipe and 2 out the head, the outer ones, is plenty.. you can also do 4 out the head if you want
