Water going in air intake

Has any one got any good tips or advice on minimising water getting into your air intake i already know about the front of the hood blocking it off any thing would be good..

The hood blockoff would work good if your doing lots of subs, but it depends on a lot more, is you hood seal good or loose hood? Also are you still running a stock intake filter? The sxr i ride has never had a problem with water ingestion except when it lost its hood. Its running blowsion filters with no prefilter. My SXI gets tons of water in it but I run a blowsion filter with a pre filter and have no problems any more.
