second - there is a forum for Negative Feedback. This is the second time you have started a negative feedback thread in the Off Topic section
Third - Creating additional threads (and more work for Admins/mods) is not going to help your cause at all.
Fourth - As others have pointed out: a clear concise report with dates and other factual information makes it easier to understand what you are talking about.
Finally - we have "Hang Time" and "hangtime" here - please clarify who you are talking about so as not to tarnish the reputation of another unnecessarily.
and as a reminder to the rest of you - this is a moderated forum, so unless your post has something constructive to say, it will not be approved.

Just to clear this up .He did buy a steering cable from me that ended on March 23rd .
He asked if he could wait until Wednesday to pay so I said no problem .
He sent a Paypal e-check on Thursday .I've recently changed my Paypal setting to not accept e-checks .the only reason I accept Paypal is because it's quick so if I had to wait for a check why would I want to pay fees on it .
These take 3-4 business days to clear ,for some reason this one takes until Tuesday to clear . I was going to the PO on Saturday Because I can't go while I'm working .My handling time clearly listed in my auction is 3 business days .I end up having to work on Staurday too.I'm thinking that it took 9 days to get paid he won't mind if I ship on Monday .
I receive a message from him stating "where the hell is my cable buddy " so I tell him he's rude and that's not how one should ask for info on their item especially when it took 9 days to get paid when the auction says 7 days for payment .
My patience is short because of a bunch of deadbeats I've dealt with lately .
I've been selling my personal cd collection on Ebay and have had a few deadbeats leave me negative for revenge for my negatives for them for not paying .People bidding and than not paying and than leave me a bunch of negatives .Another guy got the wrong item and I offered a complete refund just send it back and he leaves me negative because he wanted the item and his money back .
I'm also worried that because he's pissed now he'll get the item and say he didn't get it as that happened in another deal we had here on the X (he did clear this up though ) .
I decide not to send the cable and just relist it .
He sends another message even more rude than the first so I tell him to F-off your not getting your cable .
I'll refund his money so that is not an issue .I'm waiting for funds to clear my newly added bank account to send a refund .
The only reason I even came here looking for this was because he bragged about it in a few e-mails of which he's sent me at least 10 e-mails harrassing me saying the X is backing him and waiting to hear from me and he's got more money in the bank than I make in 10 yrs etc etc .
He really is acting like a 13 yr old boy and I have no patience for people like this .
Long story short is he took 9 days to pay and 5 days after his payment cleared he was rude asking where his item is and I decided not to take a chance on him .I was late on my handling time but work is more important than a steering cable on Ebay .
Being rude gets you nowhere and I know that better than most .As Slutty said , I'm from Mass and we are all a bunch of Massholes up here ,it's true .
I could easliy start a negative thread for him but that would be pointless and I have sold lots and lots of stuff to people here with no complaints .I always sell my stuff for a good price like the X metal box I sold last week for $150 shipped .
I have over 600 positive feedbacks on ebay and only 6 unhappy people of which 4 were in the last 2 weeks and were from buyers who never paid and a guy who wanted his money back and the item I sent him .
End of story.

I bought a high rev octane pipe from Hangtime and it was shipped promptly, everything went well.
I mean, he was a masshole to deal with, but transaction went fine! (JUST KIDDING!!!! on the 'masshole' comment for those of us from south Texas!)
