Wanting to get more low end out of my 97 750sxi

I wanna get more power out of my ski without doing a lot of engine work or breaking the budget, mainly low end power is what I want but don't want to take away from my high power... Any suggestions?

Factory Pipe will be the hands down best mod for the ski, but on the upper end of the spectrum. I would start with a prop like Veedubs said. 9/17 or even a 8/16 if you are going to do other supporting mods.

Yes, they work. I noticed a small gain. Pretty relative to the cost. Noticed much bigger gains with a $500 exhaust. Stubby cone and big hub 9/17 with a bored nozzle or 650sx nozzle is about as far as you can go on a limited budget. Then your looking at bigger stuff like a FP pipe, flywheel, porting, ect...

The 9/17 BigHub is important to note. I believe the 97 SXi from the Original Post has a 9/17 (Not BigHub) OEM Stainless. the Nozzle and Pump Cone cost me $50 total, with no Modification of anything, Just remove, replace and Ride.

The big hub will make better low speed thrust along with a larger nozzle. I would NOT install the advance plate it you ever ride full throttle for more than a few seconds.
