Good deal. But had you picked up the phone a month ago, you might have that part now. Heck, he may have had it in stock. It is easy to say " Did not get the email, or order from your online order " But it hard to deny anything when you actually talk to someon.
I did call, actually. Once. Left voicemail.
He said that he'd left someone in charge and apparently they weren't doing what they were supposed to so he was picking up the pieces and had control of his company again.
He apologized profusely and was totally cool on the phone.
As for having the part on time - it would have been nice. But, the lakes here so SO dried up, it's not worth riding in. We're in the summer/rainy season now though and we're getting rain almost every day - so I should be on the water again in a couple weeks. So it all worked out.
I'm just glad he came through. A lot of people have said a lot of good things about him and I didn't want to be the one that got treated differently.
