As much as I like this hood I ended up ordering a JK Freerider from blowsion because I wanted something with holds in it. We will see how much I like it when it comes, I think the wamer looks a little better (more unique) but the blowsion hood has holds and proven in the surf to hold up.
Tanner, your going to love the one that we ordered for you thats on it's way.

Well my close friend owns a small shop here on the Island and he has a hook up with blowsion since hes a dealer and the price was right. You gotta figure with the hood and bracket the wamer hood is almost 1g, and I paid enough less than that that it made it worth it.

Installed the hood today. In my opinion this is the nicest looking and the most well built aftermarket hood that i have seen. This hood was shipped from trust and was nicely packaged (lots of bubble wrap). The installation went very smooth. Unfortunately i didnt request that the hood be shipped with the air vents , had to cut them myself but that went smoothly, havent ridden the ski yet but is appears to be sealed really well, I'm currently using the watcon hood seal with an extra hydo turf lip, I also installed the cold fusion billet handle pole bracket. The only thing that would have made my ski look better is a lower profile handle pole, Im currently using the stock handle pole that has been shortened 2 5/8 inches which doesnt fit the curvature of the hood perfectly. It looks like the stock pole length would have lined up perfectly. As for the color, my ski is a 2001. i would say the hood is a slightly deeper blue and a little less purple, it actually matches the ski better that the stock hood did. i should have a ride report tomorrow or saturday, also order yourself a handle pole shock pad, i didn't think of it and i will be making myself one tonight. I have a blowsion dual breather bracket that eventually would get a RRP pole, would this hood work fine or do I need there bracket?

i believe Any lowered bracket will work and I wouldn't try it with out one, I had to shave the nose piece slightly to clear the handle pole bolt,

I would call wamiltons if you were to put hand holds in it, I'm not sure this hood is built for it, wamiltons sales a different hood that has handholds
